I need wordpress developer to add a new feature to my website and fix UI issues

I am looking for an individual wordpress developer who can fix UI issues in by woocommerce and along with site add some new features to it.

I have a store online on woocommerce, which provide personalized printing solution. Website is ready, I need to add an option to upload multiple images on the product page, once the products are uploaded, they should appear like thumbnails on same page

Each thumbnail should have a cross/button on top right, if user wants to delete the image

Each thumbnail should have crop button, incase use wants to crop it. Cropping will be done according to the aspect ratio, for example, if user wants to print sqaure print, cropp area will be 1:1

Obviously price will change according to number of images uploaded, and on different products we should be able to restrict number of uploads.

Apart from this, there will be minor fixes related to UI, like alignment and colors.

I am looking for a candidate, who already has handy experience on wordpress, and can develop this upload addon feature.

Developer can also recommend any plugin, which fit to our existing requirement.

(Later, we have plan to incorporate an editor to the website so that users can generate his photobooks himself. But right now photobook editor is not the part of the requirement)
