A4 Advertising design for app promoton. AI

I require a someone to recreate a great eye catching A4 advertising one page brochure for my business App.
The design has two uses, it will be a stand alone letterbox advertisement A4 Portrait orientation and replace the current page within the current business capability statement
The text provided on the promo needs to be as written. I just want it to look spectacular.

I want this done in Adobe illustrator and require the illustrator file Print quality versions.

I have all sorts of images, logos etc. I am looking for a high-quality design.
Besides the logo, you do not have to use the app images but I would need some form of image that looks like someone using an app. I would need to approve the image as well.
The person most likely to win the job will supply a general price for the design with two alterations built into the design cost and a price for each variation after that.

I will require the ai and print quality pdf version. I also would like the a4 portrait, not landscape.

I will supply more images once I award the job
