Advanced Excel - INDEX and MATCH with multiple criteria with incremental match return

To all the excel experts out there, I need help on an advanced formula. I am trying to use an INDEX MATCH formula that is configured with MATCH set to look through a one-column range and provide a match based on given criteria. The sample criteria looks at Category A and Category B, then assigns the group number through the predefined index table.

This formula uses boolean logic to create an array of ones and zeros to represent rows matching both criteria, then uses MATCH to match the first 1 found. This is a LIMITATION as I need the matches to return subsequent Groups. I will share some illustration file with shortlisted candidates. Please help!

I was able to get the first index match, through the tutorial from exceljet.

But, its only returning the first criteria row value that matches. Not results of the subsequent matches.
