Yoga and Stretching Videos

We are developing a 7 day at home yoga program and require a yoga instructor to develop and record videos of 7 x 15 minute stretching sessions as well as 7 x 30 minute beginner level yoga sessions. The sessions ideally should be recorded in a professionally styled home setting but could also be recorded at a yoga studio.

The target group are 25-45 year old males and females, who will be following the sessions at home on their ipad, laptop, or phone.

The deliverables for this project will be videos of 7 x 15 minute stretching sessions and 7 x 30 minute beginner level yoga sessions. Each session will need a short welcome/introduction and then go onto the exercises. The idea is that participants experience some light physical activity as well as feel more centred and grounded at the end of each session.
