wordpress expert needed to manage my websites

Need someone skilled at managing websites on wordpress, design and/or real estate experience a big plus. I will need to tie in my website to my CRM software with an API so I can easily get data on properties I have that need to be rented or sold.

I should mention that I have two websites already built and designed. Really need support expanding functionality and improving on what we have already started.

Someone whos first language is English or very fluent and has a USA time zone a plus not mandatory. I prefer to be able to pick up the phone during a work day and ask a question or discuss a project.
