Mailbox Script for Retail shipping center

I am looking to replace an existing plugin for our mailbox management system. The plugin is installed on Mailbox notification to allow mailbox users to manage their mail. Some of the functions: 1- Set up mailbox users for Small, Medium and Large mailboxes 2- Email notifications of mail/package delivery. 3- Users will log in and decide what mail/parcel to Hold, Forward, Discard. 4- The email they receive shows the: sender and carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, USPS. 5- When the pieces of mail as selected to be forwarded, the admin login and select the piece and log them out showing the carrier and tracking numbers. The pieces of mail will then be moved to the mailbox archives. Please submit your quote for generating the Wordpress plugin that is compatible with the latest Wordpress and PHP. 1- Notify customers when they receive mail via email.
2- Log in packages as they arrive and they get shipped, log in and out by their tracking numbers. HTTPS support required.
3- 500 mailboxes that are expandable and programmable by size
4- Three size mailboxes: Small - Medium and Large
5- Update the User-friendly interface to allow customers to log in and check their mailbox mail and let us know how they want to proceed: Hold - Forward - Consolidate or discard.

Our plugin is in use at Mailbox notification and can be delivered to you for modifications and upgrades to meet the above conditions.
