Part time UX designer for a growing agency * bonus if illustrator

I run a small wordpress development & SEO agency, and were finding that we cant keep up with requests for design work, generally its smaller tasks like landing pages or flow optimizations, but occasionally new websites as well.

We take UX very seriously and never start a project with an approved design mockup first. Were looking for a long term relationship, likely this will start with small jobs and hopefully grow into more hours as our workload increases.

We work with many different types of businesses ranging from local service businesses to national saas companies, so the work is diverse and I hope interesting.

Some projects may include:

- Create a new landing page for a product.
- Desktop + mobile mockups for a 10 page site.
- Find ways to improve conversion for check out flow.
- Design the blog, and category pages to decrease bounce rates.
- Design an A/B testing process for these product pages.

Were also looking for an illustrator, so if you can combine the 2 thats a bonus! Illustrator tasks include:

- Creating header graphics
- Creating animations for our websites to help them be more interactive
- Creating infographics and custom illustrations for our articles ( we do multiple 10+ articles a month ).

The team is small and flexible so were looking for someone whos a self starter with little oversight and a respect for deadlines. The team is global and everyone works remote.

Please share your portfolio, and a ballpark pricing how much you would charge for items like:

Landing page redesign
Small ecomm site design ( 5 products ).

If its easier, you can use your portfolio as an example for pricing. Im just trying to understand your rates.
