SAAS email company issue with shared DKIM AND SPF set up at scale

We are a new SAAS start up looking to offer email marketing to our customer base. Our platform is completely built and we are currently set up via api with a 3rd part email delivery provider. We are in need of an expert that can assist us in setting up one of the following shared email domain environments for our customer base that will have the best deliverability and always successfully pass dkim and spf at scale.

Our competitors mail chimp, aweber, mad mimi and wix are each doing one of the following:

1. shared dkim and spf (aweber and mad mimi)
2. shared dkim and unique spf (mail chimp)
3. Shared spf and unique dkim (wix)
