Build and Knowledge Transfer for Object Detection , People Counting , Border Protection (ML/CV)

We are software and other tech provider for some manufacturing companies in smaller and tier 2 towns. We need some applications like object detection , people counting and border protection which involves machine learning and computer vision.

To start with the model should be able to run in 4 cameras , and training of helmet detection etc should be possible.

Update Till Now : Our tech team already developed the model partially , (people counting is already running). But the same has been done in laptop and our system but unable take the same thing to the clients system.
looking for completion of above task as well as knowledge transfer.
