eBay Store & Listings Overhaul

We have an eBay store with 60-70 listings; not huge, and extremely basic in terms of formatting.
We want to update the whole thing, with a new responsive store template and listing template. We also want a freelancer to go through each listing an update as necessary, adding in images and videos and additional content where possible.
If there are opportunities for improved eBay SEO, then these modifications should be made.

Templates must be fully compliant with current and expected future eBay listing guidelines/requirements (https compliant, active content, etc.).
Templates must also be fully compatible with the eBay app, and responsive for all browsers and viewport sizes, with a focus on mobile (build for mobile up).
