Web Mapping Application for Facilities Team

I support a facilities team that is responsible for maintaining 150 retail stores. We need a simple web mapping application built for our facilities team. Id like to use all open source software where possible - MongoDB Atlas, Leaflet, NodeJS, Mapbox, Heroku, QGIS, etc to create the app. Requirements include:

Display stores on a map that is accessibly over multiple devices - phone, tablet, laptop
update/append the database via the web interface - Upload pictures, add notes, etc
create routes for the techs - e.g. - the tech has 5 stores to visit that day, whats the most efficient route to take?

This is the basic functionality - there is will no doubt be more wants/needs as the project evolves but this is a good starting point.

I need someone who knows front end, back end, and web mapping applications to assist.

I havent set a budget yet for the project so send in your proposal and let me know the cost/time required to complete.
