I am looking for a graphic designer who can continue the previous work my brokerage graphic designer provided.

To start, I would like a print version of a 4 page how to buy Real Estate Guide brochure. I have done the writing, but I need someone to make it look professional and I would like branded to my current colour scheme.

I have attached an example of what I am looking for.
