Developer needed for wordpress clean up and Google black list removal

Google has black listed my site, my current developer removed some files and links, I have had Sucuri scan and clean the site, but the recommendation I received was to get another URL and rebuild my business.

I have owned a URL for 11 years, I have never had an issue, I want a site redesign after this is cleaned up. It is currently hosted on WP Engine, I will provide all log in information upon request.
