Collect a database of contacts and email for Top-100 & Top-500 CPA and Affiliate Networks

We need to collect database for email marketing of TOP-100 and Top-500 Global CPA and Affiliate networks (more focus on Europe and Asia region).
It can be an official email or personal email of decision-makers.
If you can automate site scrapping you can scrape all 31.000 of CPA networks.

Result of work should be excel file with data in the format:
sitename* - email-1 - email-2 - email-3
or
sitename* - email* - person name - person second name - position
