Need full stack developer for creating website, web parser and pending recording

Need:
1. Develop a website with users registration and authorization and with access rights. When creating a site and a database, it is necessary to make the possibility of exchanging data between the site and applications on any platforms (will be created later) and any OS.
2. Develop a parser with authorization on a website emias.info.
3. Develop a functionality of creating an appointment with a doctor on the website emias.info.
4. Develop a functionality of delayed task for creating an appointment with a doctor on the website emias.info. Briefly - user logged in on the site, made a task, in which he chosen a name, specialty of a doctor, date and time of an appointment. After creation of the task making queries on the site emias for searching for appropriate conditions. If appropriate condition is found - make an appointment.

Short actions description
- A user logging in on the site from the paragraph 1.
- Inside an account user adding data for logging in on the site emias.
- With this data make authorization on the site emias and parsing it.
- The parsed data we use for making tasks and delayed tasks.
