Salmon based Pro Biotic Weight gainer/Multi Vitamin (Multi Species Formula)

I own and operate a very popular dog supplement business. I currently need help formulating our latest product. It is a liquid product. I have all the components in place but I need help. My main problem with the formula was separation but I recently figured out a solution, my main problem now is Mold, yeast, & gases forming in the plastic containers the product samples are in..The product has to withstand extreme heat & Cold while its in transition to the customer, I do need help finishing this formula & I will need help with the calculations for the guaranteed analysis (The back label) Im looking for someone that is knowledgeable and willing to help & that I wont have to constantly track down for questions, Im not interested in learning this with someone, Im interested in learning what I need to know from a qualified person...My payment options are flexible & I will pay well for quality knowledge...I will not waste your time & I just expect the same from the person I hire...If you think you can help I would love to hear from you, Food grade ingredients knowledge is a must, And a consistent chemistry background is a huge plus.
