Website image scraping / find similar images on website

Hello, we are looking for an experienced data scientist with experience in website scraping and image comparison methods. We need the following:

Check whether 2,000 images ours are on a particular website containing around 20,000 images (image comparison).

Our 2,000 images are already uploaded to a server and we can provide individual links to each image. However the 20,000 images need to be scraped and then you need to compare both sets to see if they are similar.

In the end we need a list of which of our images are on this website of 20,000 images. Ideally you can provide us a list of URLs from both websites so that we can easily compare.

If you can do this, please let me do with an estimated time and budget.
