We are looking for customer service representatives for our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have email and phone customer service experience and be technology savvy. Qualified candidates will be highly independent but also be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

The candidate will interact with customers via email, chat, text, and potentially phone as well, so we are looking for friendly, upbeat, and positive people with a calm composure to work with us!

Strong written and verbal communication skills required with fluency in English. Attention to detail in areas such as proofreading is required.

Ability to work the later hours during the week (Eastern Standard Time) and weekend hours are required.
