Social Media Manager for ethical cork yoga mat e-commerce business

Looking for someone with an affinity for yoga and social enterprises to manage Instagram and Facebook for my ethical cork yoga mat business. Requires taking content thats already available on the site and creating new posts that are in line with the brand values of sustainability, ethical business, womens empowerment via an SMM platform. Also need to be experienced in running our Facebook, Instagram and google ad campaigns and in extracting insights from Google Analytics to help shape the social media and advertising work.
Support with creating blogs and newsletters and in devising promotions and partnerships with other companies and influencers.
Experience of getting newspaper coverage, especially gift guides would be useful
Creating and editing images as well as videos - having relevant content a must
Regular contract with 1 month notice period both ways
Monthly invoices via Toogit

We need a regular monthly report required at end of each calendar month which covers the following:
- SM post engagement rate, insights on type, timing, targeting that it most effective
- SM follower update - up/down since last month and rolling 6 month trend
- monthly and rolling 6 monthly Google analytics stats (automated report from GA) including bounce rates, time on site, location of users, new user numbers, top pages et
- insight gained from GA report on
- UX - user experience knowledge very helpful
- advertising
- SEO
- Competitor report on visitor numbers in monthly and 6 month rolling (from SEMrush or similar). Insights gained from competitor report.
