Modifications needed to custom photo delivery/payment system

Im looking for someone to modify a system that I have between two custom wordpress plugins. Currently some things are not functional:

1. I have a type of client that is allowed to skip payment and download their photos to pay all outstanding invoices with one payment at a later date. This should be altered within my stripe integration, to function properly.

2. Emails are not being delivered that say a clients photos are ready for download

3. I am not receiving invoice emails.

4. I want the referral box removed in the client section.

5. I need to be able to modify some of the settings the previous developer set on my own. Currently I need to be able to change my own Stripe Keys, and edit the admin email set for invoice delivery.

Attached is the entire previous proposal with my remarks. The plugin is mostly functional, its just that the communication with the previous developer has been exhausted beyond receiving anything correctly. In the document, you will gain an understanding of exactly what was asked for, and where it left off/ where it is. If you have any suggestions as to how things can function better, Im welcome to them.
