I own a title company and in the early stages of three other companies. The number one item is assistance with developing a one stop system to organize my companies and my personal items. I am very scattered and have a tendency to always just meeting my deadlines. I have electronic docs that are not organized etc... I need assistance in responding to emails- keeping me on task- accounting- HR and some personal tasks.
