Update front end for data entry page to make it user friendly

Hello,
I have a database page where I add data for clothing sizes.
After choosing the category you need to add sizes. to add it every time you have to click on add more size to have another line.
I want to have a line next to every category where I will add start and end size in inches and the page will automatically create all the lines for every 0.5 inch. Then I will fill the rest of the lines
