I need a Magento 2 homepage developed using scrolling animation like scrollmagic.

I have a homepage in Magento 2 that has 7 sections. One section needs a scroll animation. We could use something similar to scrollmagic. Id like to find somebody familiar with implementing this inside of Magento 2 using require.js if possible. We have the page designed and can provide all the imagery
