I have been casually buying distressed mobile homes over that past few years, repairing them and either selling or rent-to-own them. Over the past few months Ive sold homes for one mobile home park and a private owner who were having difficulty finding residents. I got an LLC and began working on a website recently and realized that Im just moving with the wind. I need clarity with where Im going with this and how to make this a viable business.
