Arduino Freak board layout

Ok I have a Arduino project that i want to make look neat, sick of the wires going every where (see photo). So this a Sheild Board project to interface with an off the Shelf Arduino Mega board.
project is a simple addition to Arduino Mega to use a 2 xADS 1115 a/d (modules Adafruit )(2 addresses) to give 8 ch AD using for each Channel a 10k precision thermistor, with 10k voltage divider.(I would like a like to select if 3.3 V or 5V for or ext for a reference) I am going to use the HC06 Blue Tooth Module to communicate with the outside would ( using an Android device as a Blue Tooth receiver), I would like to have 3 push buttons for Up , Down , Cal, and 4 leds to use as required, I would like a neat interface, THe shield will need 8 x 2 pin vertical connectors 2.54 pitch for external Thermistors
time is not important to me so no rush.
A follow up job will be posted for Android code to receive 8ch data, date stamp and save to file on phone in .csv format. (just to give idea of where this is going)
Would like a bill of materials so that then i can send out to get some built.
I would like designs to be shown to me in PDF ( so I can check layout, circuit), but I need all the Engineering and drawing files in CAD form so as to get manufactured.
