Our organization is searching for a remote bilingual Dispatcher/ Customer Service/ Service Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and scheduling service calls of our home services products in addition to handling inbound customer inquiries. The right candidate is someone who is comfortable with working independently and will be trusted with instilling a strong sense of organization and efficiency within your role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Corresponding with Technicians and customers by telephone & email.

* Ensure that work orders are processed end-to-end; including dispatch to closure, accurate reporting and payments.

* Plan, optimize, and support service requests from multiple intake channels while balancing priority and emergency calls.

* Provide support to technicians to ensure that the jobs carried out on the day of appointment.

* Answer customer inquiries

* Other Duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

* At least 2 year of call center experience

* Must be fluent in English and French

* Excellent customer service & strong communication skills - written and oral

* Proactive, takes initiative and has foresight

* Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, detail oriented

* Ability to work well under pressure

* Able to listen patiently and empathetically, gather information and understand the needs or concerns of customers.

* Strong computer skills in MS Office and Internet

* Must be flexible to work different schedules, weekends and holidays based on business needs ***
