Windows based desktop application development

1. Bill number to be autogenerated from 5000

2. We should be able to add name and address

3. A photograph should be captured from the webcam and and place it on the bill and casiher should be able to fill

4. The bill should be printable on A4 sheet

5. Cashier should be able to view/edit/save/delete a bill and should have an option to recreate

6. Cashier should be able to retrive the bill based on name/date/billno/mobile number/Passport number/city etc.,

7. It should be a windows application with embedded database

8. Application should be a one click installation without much hassles
