Mailchimp adding hyperlinks to image

I have designed an newsletter in Photoshop as an image and just want to insert this in a image block in mailchimp and send it away. The problem is that I want some hyperlinks out of this image so the recipients can click in them. But I dont know how to do it. Mailchimp said it needed coding and that is why I am reaching out here for somebody to teach me this and make it for me the first time. I will upload the JPG picture I want to use as a newsletter.
