Our current wordpress website is out of date, the PHP is out of date, and the website needs more functionality and professional look to it. My pageant directors put this task in my hands. The website we currently have is (removed by Toogit admin) and we would like it to look like this one (removed by Toogit admin) as far as functionality and application forms/online payment and I cannot do anything with the wordpress website because I cannot update it and because the PHP isnt updated. I tried purchasing a new host - bluehost to fix the issue so I could update it, but that didnt do it. I need help with what we need to do to update the website and design.
