Graphic design for startup launch

VERY URGENT REQUEST - BUDGET IS NOT 5$, we are prepared to pay a fair price and a slight premium for the task to be completed as quickly as possible

1) Design brand visuals : logo, color palettes...

2) Design wireframes and mockup to be used as illustrations

Priority 3) Potentially help us in the design of a very simple landing page to present our solution.
We will need several other interventions as we dont have a designer in our team currently, so we are looking to find someone that we can build a working relationship with
