Kamailio Cluster configuration for load balancing - configuration and setup

The deliverable is a Kamailio configuration that works with an unlimited number of asterisk nodes. We need it to be able to correctly load balance to asterisk PBX nodes and to also connect to another SIP Trunk Provider platform for external calls.

We also need this working Kamailio configuration to be setup in a high availability cluster.

We are looking for stability as we had a kamailio setup which at some point in time crashed and we needed to manually route calls static to one of the nodes.
