Need a Linux Admin to setup Exim filters in VPS WHM

I had my earlier websites on a shared server with WHM. The websites used to work fine

We migrated them to a semi managed VPS with WHM. However, the websites now started to throw spam emails from contact forms

Just keep in mind, the same details were there in this VPS as well as it was in the shared server. But yet, these spam emails coming

When we checked support they said that in shared server they manage outgoing spam using exim filters as well. But in VPS, we only need to set the rules

Any chance you have proficiency in this?
Must be an easy task for someone who has knowledge of of servers and WHM

We would be looking at the person do it immediately
