Restaurant Building Plans - Help with measurements

I have a set of plans for our 4th restaurant. Although Im working with a GC, Im providing a lot of the materials to keep costs down (Im part of a franchise, so I can order direct from national accounts). I need someone to review the plans and provide SF/LF calculations so that I know how much flooring, tile, ceiling tile, FRP, drywall, etc. to purchase.

The building plans will likely arrive as a PDF. This job wont take long and must be completed same day.
