Cyber Security Online Course

I am looking for a candidate who can make a cyber security video course.

The course is addressed to undergraduate students enrolled in Intelligence/International Security/Forensic Investigation classes. Service Provider will create a video course of 5-7 hours and will teach the fundamentals of cyber security. The course will be divided into single lessons of about 10-15 minutes each. The technical level is for intermediate. There wont be any application requirements but students will need to have a basic knowledge of networking to access the course. The course aim is to teach them a structured method to follow to secure any IT system. We guarantee them to acquire highly practical skills that standard university courses or IT certifications do not offer. (For example, you could build the course following the prioritized approach of the PCI standard applied on critical data). Budget 3,000$

The requirement for this job are:
- 2 years of working experience in cyber security (website hacking, wifi hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, brute force attacks, etc);
- at least one Certification in Cyber Security (CISSP, CEH/CompTia Security+/CySA+ etc) or a Computer Science Degree;
- basic skills in teaching technical concepts and procedures;
- available immediately.
