Developer needed for informational site (Squarespace)

Informational website.
Functionality: minimal with a Contact Us form.

Current site is hosted on Squarespace but do not want to use any previous elements.

- Unique global access (company deck - similar to sponsorship page)

- Company (information in company deck)

3. Portfolio
- East Austin District project (company deck - description and brief of project with animations and text)

4.Contact Us


Designs
Please provide a preliminary quote per the page list and functionality. Assume simple designs with no animation or particular functionality but dynamic to adding new aspects to the portfolio page.
Designs will be provided and based off a company deck that can be shared after further conversation.
