React Native and React developer - full stack with Node.js and Python Django framework backend

Experienced full stack developers in React Native and React with Node.js and Python Django Framework for backend.
Several interesting and challenging ongoing projects in healthcare, messaging and services marketplace.
You must have several years of real world experience outside of open source contributions, college/university projects or small/simple freelancing projects. Experience as a team that delivered a sophisticated/complex real world application is preferred.
We use agile development methodology to develop the MVP of a new product. There are many uncertain and unknown issues and developers must enjoy researching and identifying ideas and solutions to challenging problems. A lot of your time and sometimes most of it, could be spent on R&D.
These projects will be ongoing for several months long. We are looking for developers who can work as dedicated freelancers of a virtual team on a monthly salary. Close communication and frequent collaboration with team members is essential. We use Git, Jira and CI/CD to track development of sprints.
To ensure we only get developers aligned with our goals, the position pays a salary of US$600-800/month based on skills and experience with a bonus of 25-50% of your entire salary earned, on the 7th month based upon evaluation and assessment of your performance.
Please do not respond if you are looking for a typical freelancer gig. This position requires dedicated commitment to meet sprints based on tight timelines.
