Fun Action Sequence Style Movie Poster

I am looking to create a fun and silly action sequence with faces of the people that work in my department. I am looking for some creative input but my basic idea is.

Department Director: Army General (colonial general) riding in on a large eagle and looking prominent.
(2) Asst Directors riding in on dinosaurs with guns blazing

Dept managers in various poses or action moves

Explosions, standing on rubble, rising from the ashes, rising phoenix, etc.

Something like that, lol

Three formats: Desktop background, Banner and Movie poster
