Motion Graphics/Video Editor needed to create 30 second promo video for game app

To create a 30 second video in a resolution of 1920x1080 (1080p, HD), using:
a) existing 2D art assets already created in PSD format
b) I will provide some example with shortlisted candidates
c) with some minor changes and direction from Art Director (me)
d) including a background music track that I will provide
e) and in a format that can be uploaded to Youtube.

Looking for: Someone with previous video and motion graphics experience making similar 2D animation type videos.
