Write a tour agency cms script with advanced booking options

I need an experienced laravel programmer who can write a clean script for a html template I bought
I need a site where users can book different tours, some tours will be unavailable on some days, people should be able to pay with credit card or choose to pay on tour or the option to disable by card enabling a quick email form to book. With admin and user panel. More details will be explained.

It needs to be written in latest laravel using vue technology or something else could be good.
