Developer needed for Email-based Rock Paper Scissors based game

Looking to create a simple email-based rock paper scissors game. We use zoho for our email server and we would like to use this platform for send the emails.

User 1 signs up from my wordpress website saying they would like to challenge User 2 to a match of Rock Paper Scissors. User 1 gives their email address and name along with the User 2s email address and name. User 1 also selects their first move (Rock, Paper or Scissors). User 1 also has the ability to challenge more people on the same screen so they dont need to keep re-entering their contact information

User 2 gets an email letting them know User 1 has challenged them. Along with some text, they get 3 options to select their move (Rock, Paper or Scissors).

After User 2 selects their move, User 1 and User 2 receive an email letting them know the outcome of that match and what the current score is between the two players. In the email they are also given the options for the next match (Rock, Paper or Scissors)

A new email is sent once both player have responded to the previous choice of gesture.

The game continues forever or until concedes defeat or unsubscribes.

If a user has not selected a move after 48 hours it gives them the option to resign from the match and concede defeat or pick a move. This is then repeated 7 days later if they have still not made a move and then repeated every 30 days until a choice is made.
