Marketing/sales for physical products (retainer + commission)

My company designs and sells physical products. As I spool up work on the next couple products, I would like to hand off the sales and marketing work to someone that has more expertise in the field.

The deliverable will be to market and sell my current product, a one handed bottle opener called the Cap Snap. After a successful Kickstarter, a recent feature by Bespoke Post, and selling to several retail stores, I know there is a significant interest in the product. The issue is, driving traffic to my online store and working with wholesale partners takes quite a bit of my time.

The right person for this job will be someone who has experience marketing/selling physical products. After initial compensation for getting up to speed and working through our strategy, you will receive 10% of ALL Cap Snap sales generated, both from my website and wholesale. The goal here is to (ideally) form a long term partnership with a similar compensation model as I bring more products to market.
