Developer needed for adding a new feature in an Ionic app (Frontend and PHP Backend)

I already have a working Quiz app

It has a php backend which is used to upload quiz questions. I want to do certain changes to this app and backend as well.

1. Its currently using Instamojo as payment gateway, I want to change it to automated Google Pay billing subscription based

2. I want to display ads to the free users

3. In the backend I want an option to upload questions in bulk using excel sheet

4. I want to add a responsive homepage to the app which should display announcement and different different pages of app in blocks
