Needed: Real Estate Joint Venture Agreement

Looking for someone to draft a joint venture agreement between two LLCs. One company buys houses. The other company rehabs the houses. Both companies will split the profit. You must have experience in the following: (1) real estate contracts; and (2) joint venture agreements. Experience in drafting joint venture agreements for single-family real estate investors is highly preferred. Must be very good at what you do. Please note that Im an attorney and so well be able to communicate at an attorney-to-attorney level.
