Pfsense Openvpn VOIP config

Hi i have made OPENVPN tunnel between 2 points :
SITE A
SITE B

Now , i change Site B router from openwrt which was working to pfsense router which not working as expected

I think i need NAT rules since the VPN established but i have problem with VOICE , there is voip connection between 2 point .

So i need pfsense expert to do NAT rules on this router .
