CAD Designer to create polished & refined Fire Safety Graphics

Looking for an individual who is competent in Vectorworks to clean up engineered IFC drawings into aesthetically pleasing graphics that will be finalized and printed to serve building occupants. Our company is a Fire Safety Consulting business and creates Fire Planning documents, graphics and consulting documents for commercial and residential buildings.

Our company has a standard and reputation among the community that we are looking to uphold. Graphics will be finished in either portrait/landscape at a scale of 8.5x11 or 11x17. In the link (removed by Toogit admin) please find our templates that we use for our graphics and templates (Template 2019c). The Chemainus Health Doc is an example of a finished product. The last Doc is the one we need cleaned up.

What we are looking for is just the clean up of the architectural drawings into separate sheet layers for each floor. Not to have the descriptive detail boxes that line the outside of the actual graphic, that we can do ourselves. Please note the shading that we use for certain areas which are all in our classes in the template doc.

This is just one job but if we like the final product we have A LOT MORE that need to be cleaned up and ready for printing.
