Quote Werks or CPQ Import Product Data / Migrate to quoting product. Configure in CPQ accurately

Project is to migrate to an automated quoting digital signature software product
Need to move product data from PDFs to an Excel Workbook

Pricing Data will come from roughly 16-20 different manufactures/Vendors mostly supplied in PDF format.

One of the Manufacture/Vendors makes up about 70% of the SKUs or products to include. This Manufacture is also a build on demand and has about 200 SKUs which can be configured with roughly 10 either required or optional SKUs, some contain price adjustments to the complete product other optional SkUs require photos. Including logic will be required to ensure correct product configuration for this manufacture.

The rest of the vendors have a very straight forword price list but still mostly in PDF format.

Excel sheet to output CSV of SKUs , a Friendly description, Cost, price, and photo file
Export to CSV for upload into configure price quote CPQ software.

Will provide link to G drive with organized file structure. Vendors/Pricing Pdfs /Images/Sales and supporting PDFs
I will share the most complex sheets with shortlisted candidates so that you can scale the level of complexity properly,


For configurable Items with parent/child relationship PDFs with chart matrix of possible configurations and related pricing will be required for updates and possible future quoting tools
