Software/electrical engineer needed for troubleshooting

There is a lumber company in SE Wisconsin that needs help with troubleshooting an old homemade system that controls the operation of the saw equipment. If you live in the area and are familiar with how software can communicates with relays through digital I/O boards to control equipment, your help would be greatly appreciated. The software works fine, but something on the electrical end has failed and no one knows how to troubleshoot it. If you get this to work, possible long term future work could be involved to bring the system into the modern era and rewrite the software to work with newer computer hardware.
