Customer Reputation and Review Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and own our Reviewers program, as well as manage all reviews posted (Negative and Positive) on our different seller platforms.

You will need to think outside the box, be creative and be able to work and collaborate with different internal departments to allow you to manage the reviews and reviewers. You will also need to be creative and proactive in ensuring that the program is well managed and always proactive in improvements.

Here is what we are looking for:
Experience managing reviews and questions on Amazon is a great plus.
Social Media savviness to help recruit reviewers (if and when needed)
E-commerce Experience a plus
Strategic thinking and planning
Having a solid customer service/success background helps
Flexible and comfortable in a super fast-paced environment

This is a position we are looking to fill as soon as possible and it starts on a part-time basis (20 hours a week) with the possibility to extend to full-time hours as our business grows.
