Web designer PHP, HTML5 and CSS

I work at Entrop Web, a web design agency. We are looking for a professional Spanish-speaking freelancer to join our team. We are growing and we need to find someone who helps us in a stable way over time.

We need someone with knowledge and experience in creating Wordpress sites using Advanced Custom Fields and with high knowledge of PHP, HTML5 and CSS.

We have quite demanding customers, so we are too ;-).
I will share some example links with shortlisted candidates, Anyway, we create the design to measure, so that they can vary quite a bit, since we try to adjust the design as much as possible to the clients taste.

- You should test it well, spending the necessary time, in a series of browsers, and screen analysis: Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, tablet and mobile with Android and iOS.

- Reserve a 10% budget for possible changes that occur, change an image or texts for another or any improvement that occurs to us.

We pass the previously defined design in pdf with all the information about the project, in an orderly manner. The project is developed on our server.

At Entrop Web we meet the deadlines agreed with our clients, and that is why we must work with a schedule of previously defined times. For us it is very important to meet the deadlines.

We want to be able to maintain fluent communication on Skype to be able to comment on the progress of the project, answer questions, etc.

We would make the payment in two parts. 50% before starting and the remaining 50% at the end of the project.

Knowing this could happen to me once for the web of a maximum of 10 pages with an implementation of a reservation system for rental rooms (plugin configuration). If we can assume the cost of outsourcing this type of project. If I see that this is the case, we will count on you for this project.
