Developer needed to create a manufacturing customer website

About us:
Hello! We are an old school textile manufacturing company looking to create a brand new and very much overdue website.

Looking for a full stack developer to oversee development of a new website and possibly a customer login and order page.

Requirements:
- Front-end tech experience [e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, React, etc.]
- Back-end tech experience [e.g. Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python, Django, Laravel, etc.]
- Excellent [e.g. written and verbal [English] communication skills, clear bug/issue explanations, effective group communications, etc.]
- Work effectively with an additional UI/frontend developer
